1970s 2 milestones
1978
Combat Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd commenced operations from a shop lot in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, supplying spray accessories including CAT Pump products.
1979
Formally established as a partnership firm, supplying spray-painting equipment.
1980s 3 milestones
1980
Began supplying WAGNER products, expanding the portfolio.
1981
Incorporated as a limited company, broadening its scope into paint line systems and conveyors.
1988
Relocated and expanded to Sungai Buloh, Selangor, the Group’s long-term industrial base.
1990s 7 milestones
1993
Delivered its first Powder Coating Plant, entering the advanced finishing technology market.
1994
Completed its first Plastic Paint Shop, diversifying into plastic-components finishing.
1995
Combat Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd was established, specialising in the motor-car manufacturing sector.
1995–1996
Delivered an Electro-Deposition Paint Line and Bumper Pretreatment Plant.
1996
Combat Coating (M) Sdn Bhd was established, entering the painting services market.
1997
Combat Coating established Batang Kali Plants 1328 and 1329.
1998
Delivered a Car Spray Booth, cementing expertise in automotive OEM environments.
2000s 2 milestones
2004
Delivered the Gurun Plant for Combat Coating and completed its first turnkey paint shop in Vietnam, marking international expansion.
2009
Delivered a Motorcycle Plant in India, the Group’s first major footprint in South Asia.
2010s 4 milestones
2011
Delivered a Motorcycle Plant in Malaysia and a Motorcycle & Scooter Painting Plant in India.
2012
Delivered an Aircraft Painting Booth in Singapore (aerospace entry), Batang Kali Plant 1338, and a Car Plant in Vietnam.
2013
Delivered a Car Plant in Malacca and a Motorcycle Plant in Penang.
2016
Combat Coating opens its Malacca Plant, increasing coating capacity in Peninsular Malaysia.
